The Last Ounce of Courage

This heartwarming movie tells the story of a local war hero whose son goes off to war. His new wife brings Christian, his first son, in to the world while the young hero is away at war earning medals for valor. However, the tragedy that ensues on a cruel battlefield will change everyone’s life forever as Tom Revere is laid to rest giving his ultimate sacrifice for freedom. Fourteen years pass and the young baby grows to be a teenager (Christian Revere) who, with his mother (Carrie Revere), comes back to the small town of Mount Columbus

nestled in the Rocky Mountains during the holiday season to be with his family. Christian disconnects with his grandfather (Bob Revere) as they both are going through the pain of losing a Dad and the loss of a son by Bob. In this beautiful story of love and forgiveness, they discover a way to unite and to make a difference in their community by claiming their freedom of expression…

Their peaceful coexistence with the war is tested, along with their faith and their beliefs, when a Confederate army threatens their area.

Amazing Love-The Story of Hosea

Teenagers Steve, Carrie, Cooper, and Gameboy embark on a weekend camping trip led by their church youth group leader Stuart (Sean Astin) and his wife Beth (Erin Bethea).  Joining them is teen outsider Ashley, who is materialistic and self-involved, and whose bad attitude separates her from the rest of the group.

When a confrontation occurs between Ashley and Carrie, this division widens.  Hoping for a resolution, Stuart takes the opportunity to share with the group the touching story of the Old Testament prophet Hosea and his example of  true commitment and unconditional love. Is this powerful story enough to inspire the teens to open their hearts to such an amazing love?

This is the new program we will be airing for our children to enjoy and learn from on our monthly Movie Nights. It is an awesome Bible Based series that teaches children of all ages about the awesome glories and wonders of God!!!

    I wanted you to know that since I have had a flu bug and now may be catching a cold that I can not bring Bob and Karen to church this November 8th and then unless Karen can get a ride she won’t be able to be baptized Sunday because I do not want to expose others of my flu bug or whatever it is and I have to have a heart Cath done Thursday morning at 8am and need to get well and stay well for that procedure. I am so sorry and I will miss you all and most importantly Karen will miss her baptism Sunday and I feel so bad about that. . I so very much apologize and I will miss everyone there tonight and Bible Study tomorrow night. You all have my love and once this test is over Thursday I will return to church next weekend and will bring Bob and Karen if Sparc says it is okay for Karen. My love to all of you my dear friends in Christ. Andrea Beychevelle
