In the Rom 5:1-11 the Apostle does an excellent job of teaching that all believers have been justified in the sight of God by the death of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Through the Crucifixion of Jesus, God made perfect the provision to replace the enmity we have against Him because because of our sinful flesh and its desires. The Cross of Christ eliminated the enmity. Moreover, The work of God through Christ is God’s Free Gift of Love to us. 

This gift eliminates the separation of all of humanity from God due to our sin, -> However, it must be appropriated. It is available to all but not given to all.

It is a FREE GIFT – But it is one we must seek.

2 Corinthians 9:15—“Thanks be unto God for his indescribable (or inexpressible) gift.”
